Hunch while standing
I noticed I'm getting a hunch in my posture while walking or sitting.when I try consciously standing straight I'm not at ease

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It’s actually your muscles which are locked short on front aspect and locked long on backside.When you remain in a typical posture few muscles become weak.tou must work on your biomechanics.
