  4. Hurt in nose. The mediicine please!

Hurt in nose
I accidently got hurted on my nose.. a bit swelling, constant pain..no breathing problem at all, and no blood ran down after hurt the main issue with me is i am 5months pregnant.. i cant take any medicine as per my knowledge.. can u suggest the mediicine please
