Hurt on knuckle area

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My baby is 15 months old she has got hurt on her and we saw much time after she got hurt when we found blood on her hand... What is it would be from rusty iron or something is Tetanus injection necessary? Pls let me know what should I doing don't which object she gt hurt
