Hydrocile ( right testicle)

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My 4years child got swell of right testicle then we took usg scrotum then identified hydrocile but why do 4child get hydrocile sir plz explain sir is there any problem? We are feightened very much plz suggest me

As your child is 4 yrs old..most probably cause of hydrocele is congenital..need clinical evaluation first by Paediatric surgeon.. might need surgery later on
