I am writing this question again after a few more evaluations.
I am having a cold now. And while touching my right side of the hyoid bone , I can feel there is little swelling and There is little pain.
I checked with the doctor physically, he also confirmed the swelling.
Then I did an ultrasound and there's no cyst and tumor present but a solitary enlarged reactive right level 2 B lymph node is there.
FYI , I have no voice change, no swallowing issue and no breathing issue. And I have done a laryngoscopy 3 months back and the report was normal.
Please suggest what I should do next as I am a bit worried reading articles online.
Thanks in advance
