You need to take some new medications to help you with GERD Symptoms .
Also try the following
1. Avoid taking foods such as spicy foods , caffeine , chocolates , as these can trigger GERD
2. Also avoid lying down , for 1.5 hours after consuming food.
3. Try Reducing your weight if you are obese.
