Hyperpigmentation due to b12 deficiency.
Hi doctor. I am a 28 year old girl. I have developed hyperpigmentation around my mouth and upper lip. I've tried chemical peels and laser but nothing has worked, after few days'of treatment the pigmentation comes back. These treatments are quite expensive and when it shows no results it it kind of hurts. I am mostly deficient in B12 .And I'm a vegetarian. Could you please guide me as to how to get rid of this hyperpigmentation permanently.Till now I've wasted a lot of money to have no results. :(
