Hypertension at young age

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My age is 27 year old, I am facing high blood pressure issue since last one year and taken below medicine from last one year (as per doctor advice). 1.Telmekind beta 25 (1st 8 month) 2.Met xl 3d 26(taking from last 4 month) Taken treatment from Aurangabad, Now I am in Pune. Can suggest me, what kind of precautions should I take to recover from hypertension as soon as possible. Also suggest best device to check BP at home.

Any digital blood pressure machine with good reviews from online platforms can be taken . Do moderate Physical activity , keep a good diet , record your blood pressure, avoid smoking - then consult after a month or so. Then only it can be understood whether you need the medicines or not.
