Hypoechoic inflammatory lesion abdominal
Im 31 years old . I had a cesarean in july 2016 .i took a sonography beacause thers a pain near cesection scar.report says thers a inflammatory lesion along lower anterior abdominal wall scar with collection at left side of scar.please advise why always thers pain till now .also suggest some medication and treatment.

A course of Moxclav 1000 alongwith drainage of collection left to scar is required. Add tab Voveran plus 1 BD & tab pan 20 once daily for 5 days.
