Hypoechoic lesion in uterus
Uterus is antiverted and appears bulky in size 10.4x4.8x5.2cm.Altered differentian of myometrium & Endometrium seen. Small hypoechoic lesion 15x10mm in left corneal region. Is this requires immediate operation or it can be cured by medicine??Please suggest
