Is it isolated finding of hypoplasia of nasal bone, amniocentesis karyotping was done please share detailed reports. If karyotyping is done and other parameter normal then nothing to worry. Fetal echo and repeat usg scan after 4 weeks.

Amniocentesis is normal which is reassuring. Check scan after 4 weeks. Isolated nasal bone can be incidental finding as well. So nothing to worry as of now.

Assuming mother’s age less than 35-40 yrs If amniocentesis report is normal Then can wait till next scan to recheck the nasal bone hypoplasia. Usually this is associated with Down’s syndrome and other rare associations which should be kept in mind and ruled out in further weeks of pregnancy

Follow up scan,
