Hypothyroid
I recently tested for thyroid and my tsh level was 9.62. My father has thyroid and is under medication since few years (diagnosed very late). I consulted a physician and will be starting thyronorm 25mg. Can medication and regular exercise cure this so that I don't have to take medication lifelong ?

Madam I want to clarify one thing   Pls accept that there is less amojnt of thyroid secretion in body and it has to be supplied either by jour body or external sources. So the decrease is permanent in d body and irreversible.  So you have to supply it externally lifelong.
Next Steps
consult a general physician and continue it lifelong
