6 month back checked TSH observed 16
Started medicine thyronorm 50mcg for 2months.
After two month s checked Tsh found 0.12
And t3and t4 normal.
As per Dr. Suggestion stopped medicine for one month.
After one month found TSH :13, T3: 1 and T4 :5.1
Sonography: thyroid slightly enlarged both side and echotexture.
Right lobe size:2.1*1.8*3.5cm
Left lobe size:2.1*1.6*3.3cm
Isthmus measure 0.29cm
2 isoechoic nodules in right side as 8*9 mm and 7*5mm
Few small volume lymph node in both side of neck ,largest measuring 7*3mm
Bilateral parotid and submandubular glands appear normal.
Neck vessel are normal.
Please advice.
