Hypothyroisum
I did a blood check for T3,T4 and TSH where my TSH was found high and my doctor suggested thyroid pills. I did more detail blood analysis where the report showed vitamin D deficiencies, cholesterol etc. I do need more accurate diagnosis to get better on my thyroid issue. The report is uploaded

You seem to be having vitamin D3 deficiency with hypothyroidism. Vitamin D3 deficiency is very common condition and may not be very symptomatic in everyone. You need to take vitamin D3 supplements for few weeks. Hypothyroidism needs to be treated with thyroid hormone replacement medications
