I am Bleeding 2 days after iui.

My gynecologist told me get HMG 150 iu injection on day 8 then she told me yo get trigger shot on day 10  10 p.m at night then she did my iui on day 12 at 1 p.m afternoon during procedure i bled a little the bleeding was light and stopped in the evening there wasn't any sort of bleeding after that i was prescribed duphaston 10 g twice daily and cyclogest 400 mg pessaries at night now the thing is on day 15 i had a little blood in my discharge and now at night i checked i am now having very very light brown colored discharge. Did i miscarriaged? Or is it chemical pregnancy or can i be hopeful that this discharge somehow indicates i I concieved. Somebody please answer. I am stress. Your advice would help me prepare fir what to come. Thank you so much for your kindness.
