Hello I am diabetes patients since 5 years and no medicine suits me well. I have type 2 diabetes. Please tell me perfect medicine of low power

There is no perfect medicine. Diabetes medicines need to be individualized based on patients history. U will need a detailed consultation with a diabetologist.
