I've been having ganglion cyst on wrist since 17 months it is painless and slightly bigger than pisiform bone what to do

If you are not bothered about the bump of the ganglion, leave it. If you don't want it, you can get it surgically removed. Mind you though, it has a very high recurrence rate.
