I am having lockjaw
Earlier i used to open my mouth fully. But after sometime i noticed a sound,and felt that i was making efforts to open it fully. But now,I can't open my mouth to full extent. It feels that my jaws get locked after some extent. I am unable to open my jaws fully while i yawn or take large bite foods such as burgers. What do i need to do in this case?Which Dentists' Department to concern? Please Help!

You are developing TMJ disorder,, must visit dentist to avoid further decrease in mouth opening space.
Next Steps
immediately stop eating things where full mouth opening is needed and always yawn with your hand below your chin to avoid excessive opening
