I am having unbearable tooth ache.
It is premolar right lower tooth. I had git filling done many years before and apparently it's ok. X- ray also shows no cavity or filling degradation.But pain is worse...It's throbbing pain Plz help

Hello Throbbing pain indicates pulpal involvement of the tooth . In this condition RCT will be the treatment.

Throbbing pain generally requires RCT for relief. But sharing X-ray will be  better for diagnosis.

Hello It might be due to infection to the surrounding tooth also Please get the physical examination done once for clear diagnosis and treatment

Pain can be either due to pulpal involvement of the tooth restored with GIC or the involvement of adjacent tooth. An XRAY is needed for the correct diagnosis.
Next Steps
Please attach XRAY of the concerned tooth and the adjacent teeth. Root Canal Treatment would be needed as you are having throbbing pain.

Kindly share x ray if possible. Pain can be due to pulpal involvement in the filled tooth or due to decay in the adjacent tooth. In both cases treatment is needed to cure the pain.
