It is premolar right lower tooth. I had git filling done many years before and apparently it's ok. X- ray also shows no cavity or filling degradation.But pain is worse...It's throbbing pain

Pain can be either due to pulpal involvement of the tooth restored with GIC or the involvement of adjacent tooth. An XRAY is needed for the correct diagnosis.

Please attach XRAY of the concerned tooth and the adjacent teeth. Root Canal Treatment would be needed as you are having throbbing pain.
