I am six week pregnant but no fetul pole showing in altrasound only a sack showing i also bleed in my second month of pregnancy is it normal or to be scary

At 6 weeks if we are not able to see fetal pole we can wait for one more week if ur cycles r irregular. But if u had regular cycles, by 6 weeks we should be able to see fetal heartbeat. Consult ur gynaec n they miht prescribe injetios for few weeks which might support pregnancy
