I am suffering from anal fistula
Suffering from anal fistula since 8 months Taking ayurvedic medicines symptoms are reduced better diagnosed with posterior fistula in ano 3 months taking ayurvedic medicine not seen any opening of tract to outside After 3 months I have seen but there is no bleeding and pus discharge tract itself closed after 1 day Iam seeing opening of tract during or before or after menses what might be the reason??? ? Can I continue ayurvedic medicines or should opt for any surgery If surgery laser is ok or not..plz help me to reach out..after surgery is there any reaccurrence Thank you
