I am suffering from endometriosis
I don't have kids yet. Now for past two months I m suffering from endometrium cysts in my right ovary it pains like hell . can I go for laproscopic surgery to remove the cyst . will the surgery not effect my chances of getting pregnant. I am already 32 now. Because of this surgeryy pregnancy should be postponed?

It is always better to try and conceive first if the cysts are not very big. Laparoscopic surgery at times can injure your normal ovarian tissue and your egg reserve can go down. But if the cysts are very painful you might even think of cyst aspiration
