I am suffering with both seats pain
Hi doctor,
I am suffering with my both seats pain I am not able to sit continuously feeling uneasy, able to do yoga and playing shuttle and walking. But end of the day the pain is irritating like anything. Please share suggestions to which doctor I have to meet.

Avoid exercise or yoga or physiotherapy whenever u are getting pain , it wl worsen the problem
