I can't get up my hand
Sir my shoulder and hand so stiff and I can't get up my hand so much I realized that something is wrong in my shoulder can my hand and shoulder become normal?

Please get x-ray done for your shoulder and visit the clinic with report. If movements are restricted then surely medicines and physiotherapy together can help you better
