I can't see the light ,book,out side env
I can't see the light ,book,envirinment properly and from my eyes produce some heat.i don't know what is the problem.can u please give me the suggest please sir

do cold compresses, put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.

May be your eyes are dry. Wash your eyes frequently, use cool packs, check if you have spectacle error
