Iam suffering from ear pain , pain is heavy so iam unable to eat or talk . Iam Getting irritated by hearing of any voices

There are many causes for ear pain such as furuncle of nose, acute otitis media, acute otitis externa, eustachian tube dysfunction and referred otalgia. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
