I feel ear pain when I move my ear is it due to some foreign particle in my ear or infection.
I c as n feel some pain in my ear when I place my ear in gravity position.

Kindly provide more details via online consult regarding when did the problem start , any associated throat pain, cold or cough , decreased hearing with the pain. It could be wax deposited in the ear causing foreign body sensation
