I feel its colon cancer
I am 23 male tamilan my height is 6 feet and weight is 95 kg.I don't have any bad habit except one I do finger to take poop out some times blood drops come without pain.if I didnt put finger no bleed comes.Past 1 week some time hard stool and some time loose stool like diarrhea some times mucus in stool.I search in google its show colon cancer but I don't have any family history of cancer.but I worry lot.please tell me its colon cancer?

You likely will have solitary rectal ulcer syndrome ( SRUS) due to manual evacuation. Kindly see a Gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy evaluation done. Also stop doing manual evacuation
