I feel sad all the time
I feel sad all the time and I have no idea why, I have lost interest in doing anything and find it hard to get out of bed. I think about death a lot and cry for hours. I've had lots of panic attacks and generally feel really low

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hello. It could be related to something that has happened with you eithet recently or in the past and those thoughts are disturbing you and maybe you have not made the connection yet. If you strongly feel there is no reason for how to feel then maybe you need tl consult a Psychiatrist to figure out what exactly is the issue.
Next Steps
Try to do a few things meanwhile to uplift your mood. 1. Exercise 2. Be around supportive family and friends 3. Write down your fears and go through them one by and one and think about ways of dealing with them if they ever do happen. This will help you be more practical about thoughts 4. Meditation for controlling your stress. 5. Visit a pyschologist to seek counselling and support.
