I forget things
I tend to forget events that happened like forgot minute things also like if I had food or not. I had a childhood trauma. I want to forget that but time n again I keep having flashbacks of it. Other than it Im not able to remember things for long time. I get out of my relation in 1 sec like i don't love him then after some days im normal again n remember that i love him so much. I have migraine also but i dont take any medocine gor it. What to do?
