I get cold almost every week and typically this happens because of temperature variations or dust.
Starts with itchy nose, then sneezing increases and it's gets extremely worse by afternoon or evening.
I get sneezes almost every 5-10 mins with watery eyes and runny nose.
Taking Cetrizene stops the sneezing and I get perfectly well the next day. Because of this I am now dependent on this medicine, which is not good.
What should I do to cure this.

Clearly you are suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months to year. There is no cure for this. It may resolve spontaneously over few years.
