I get intrusive sexual thoughts
Sir, I get intrusive sexual thoughts about ramdom people and family members... mainly of opposite sex... but for past 3 days.. i got such thoughts for same sex... these thoughts are real disturbing... its not like they lead me to doing something... but their existence makes me feel very guilty... and m beginging to question if I'm a homo... I have been in a relationship with a guy for 4 years.. sir m preparing for pg medical entrance.. and really really need your help

Hello, If the thoughts are repetitive, not under your control, causing distress so much that its hampering your day to day life and present for more than a hour you might have OCD. OCD can affect anyone and it can be treated with medication and behavior therapy.
