I got loose motion
I have got loose motion since today morning.. day before yesterday and yesterday I had slight fever. I have took paracetamol tablet. Today morning I don't have fever but got loose motion.

Hello, sporolac sachet one two three as required or more can be taken. Ors fresh made FREQUENTLY. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk. Tab oz two times a day after food for three to five days. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Light semiliquid diet porridge khichari etc with curd.no cold also.   If pain abdomen is there tab buscopan two times a day or as required.

I would advise you to have ORS supplementation for the next 2 days and drink plenty of fluids. The following may help: - Aim at drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water per day - Have a liquid diet such as soups and juices and slowly increase consistency as per how you tolerate and don't skip meals as it will cause gastritis. - Avoid having spicy, greasy, deep fried, oily and junk food as this will worsen the loose stools. - Rest plenty If problem persists or worsens visit the nearest ER
