  4. I have a dry mouth and severe back pain.

I have a dry mouth and severe back pain
I have dry mouth and severe right middle back pain from 3 months and loss of apetite and weight of 6 kgs. Doctors have done allthe scans and done needle biopsy and GeneXpert test to check for Spinal TB . But reports are negative. Please suggest me..

You can be started on anti TB drugs empirically to see the response. If improving symptoms in a month then continue drugs. If no improvement then need to further consult specialist and investigate
