I have a dull skin and has small pimples all over my face and also have large open pores on my face. Day day my skin looks dull and oily. Please help me to get pimples free skin , oil free skin. I don't have any glow on my skin. Instead i have tiny pimples all over my face. Please i begg you to help me sir/ma'am. Please

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
