Can you show me your ultrasound report if possible. Also would like to know if Ca 125 level was done. Any ovarian cysts in the post menopausal age group needs to be evaluated with caution and may need operative interventions.
Next Steps
Please visit your gynaecologist for adequate management of your ovarian cysts. If possible would like to see your previous records and reports.

management totally depend on symptoms and need for surgical removal. larger cysts with symptoms need removal ,smaller can be managed by medicines. mention ur cyst size and symptoms.
