  4. I have anxiety. Ends i have a doubt.

I have anxiety
I am taking medicines from past one year due to lockdown I am unable to consult my doctor so I have ordered medicines to continue course and l haven't taken it from 10 days now medicines are delivered can I continue them till lockdown ends I have a doubt .

Take a time-out. ... Eat well-balanced meals. ... Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. ... Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. ... Take deep breaths. ... Count to 10 slowly. ... Do your best.
