I have been dognised piles secondary
I have piles secondary deducted last 2 months when lot of blood passed .Now no blood but it difficult to pass stool.No medcine been taken used fig it stopped blood I suffer from constipation my stool is normally small ball shaped I am now taking lot of fiber in diet I have to put lot of pressure which causes pain in stomach

Avoid constipation. That is the key. Eat green leafy vegetables. Avoid spicy and non veg food. Take 1 spoon duphalac for smooth motion. Tab Herbolax (himalaya) 1 tab daily 2 times a day
