Mujhe 3-4/days se throat infection hua h phle right side m white spot and swelling rhi but ab left side m bhi se problem h.mujhe pani.thook satkne m bhut pain h .mene 3 day azipro 500 mg,septlin, twise a day like h but ko bhi aaram ni h .uski bjah s fever bhi h and weakness bhi h .plz koi medicine provide krne ka last kre
