I have body acne since morning.
Two days ago I had lose motion and body pain then fever then I have taken gelusil a pracitamol and a d-cold total now since morning I have paining acne in whole body.
Please tell me what happened and what to do.

Side effect of Taking d cold n paracetamol that skin issues have started ... detox is required for u ! Hydrate urself nicely !
