Hi Doctor I have dry cough from last 3-4 day , can you please guide, can I take antibiotics or medicine , please suggest

Hello... Well..You don't need antibiotics as of now I guess..You can take cetrizine tablet for now...And then if it doesn't subside in  4 days Plaese meet a physician and get examined...You don't need antibiotics as of now..Thank you
