I am 23 years old girl .i have to work on computers for 10 hours per day.
i can not see so far and i have a specs number with 2.45 in both eyes
my right eye is weak

Your power of glass is not much ,this is considered to be normal, you are having problems due to dryness(computer Vision syndrome) due to overuse of smartphone, computer &watching TV for long time without break & blinking, you should use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times daily (Refresh liquigel) & try to have normal blinking while working on computer or smartphone, with regards

Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include
a. Headaches
b blurred vision
c. Neck pain
d redness in the eyes
e. Eye strain
f dry eyes
sometimes watery eyes
these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions.
Measures to reduce this include
1. Work under proper light.
2. Blink a lot.
3. Cold compresses
4. Use good lubricating eyedrop
There is no relation between computer use and power of glasses
As your age is 23 yrs,so now your power will not increase
