I have fever n cold from one day I gave a covid test it takes time to one day in mean while I need suggestions

Isolate yourself,steam inhalation,Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby. If fever above 99 degree take paracetamol 650mg
