I understand your concern . This is common condition affecting active individuals who sweat a lot around armpits and groin area . Many people use steroid containing combination like fourderm, panderm cream or bentovate c cream. Fungus would get resistant following such applications.
Avoid tight fitting garments to control the sweat and appropriate 2 months of oral antifungal course would help in eliminating it completely.
