  4. I have got lice and nits in my hair.

I have got lice and nits in my hair.
I have got lice and nits in my hair for the last couple of weeks. And my kid has got it from me now. I have used permethrin cream once, which has reduced the problem, but not fully. It is causing itching and severe irritation. I am using a lice comb also. But please advise a way to be rid of it once and for all.
