I have hamstring and calf pain and stiff
I have pulled out my hamstring and calf muscle due to wrong posture and repetitive strain. Although it's recovering and pain and swelling has rescued a but  the stiffness of hamstring and calf muscle is same..and m not able to straighten the legs Does it take longer for stiffness to go away

If you have repetitive strain drink a lot of water and Check your vitamin level also You can do calf stretch and hamstring stretch.Before the stretch you can keep heat pad or towel on that muscle and after the stretch you can give ice massage over the muscle.Then do flexibility exercises . You have to maintain your sitting posture

Use heating pad before exercises... Do more flexible exercises and go to Google and search hamstring and calf stretching exercises... Do that daily and if you want proper treatment then consult me I will give you some videos of stretching exercises they will help you in understanding...

Stiffness takes some time to go. With regular exercises and hot fomentation, it can go away gradually.
