I have lot of mental, physical, sexually

Mental issues---- 1. Lack of motivation, insipration, lack of interest an d doing things. 2.weak memory, weak thinking, weak concentration, weak focus, confusion in thinking, very low self esteem Social anixty 3.Feels fear of loud voice & rapid heartbeat Sexual issues--- 1.No sexual desire feeling or interest, Very less female attraction, feels fear when think about girl 2. Erection dyfuntion, sometime erection few seconds Pain in penie 3. Nightfall 4. Dhat ( Im not cleared about it confused) Phyical issues----- 1.Extreme weakness, fatiuge, no energy in body 2.Numness , tingling, needle in feets and hands   3. Feels balance and coodination problem 4. Pain in bones , joints, and specially in feets,legs Knees, back 5.  Rapid heratbeat   6.  Feels balance and coordination problems   7. metalic teste in mouth   8. Greying hair
