Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .skin tags occur in places where there is friction. And friction is one of the most commonly known causes.
Skin tags can be removed by laser.
Don't ask for cost and all, we don't give quotations.
And plus cost differs from place to place and doctor to doctor.
Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
