I have needle like pain around belly
I am taking medicines of anti tb for my peritoneal tb from last 7+ months ,but from last 7 days iam having needle like pain coming and going around the belly button and feeling dizzy frequently, 1kg weight loss Is this tb turned to MDR-TB? Or its something ? Can abdominal tb turn to MDR -TB? Please help

Generally if you don't miss or skip the treatment of any TB then it doesn't convert into MDR TB . Pain around the belly and dizziness can be due to many reason. But in your case one symptom as weight loss could be concern point cause after taking treatment or during treatment generally weight gain is happen , weight loss doesn't happen so what's the exact reason behind that weight loss you should take consultation from a doctor .

Abdominal TB  can become MDR -TB but that doesn't mean that you will start feeling needle like pain around belly button. It is most likely the side effect of some of the Anti TB drug. Please share the names of the medicines you are taking. You should also consult with the doctor who prescribed the medicines.
