Hello at what time of from your periods got your ovum (egg) scan done? .( 18-24)mm is the average size your ovum reaches before it get released, usually on 14th day of your from your periods, how often you have sexual intercourse? Sexual intercourse 4 days before (including ovulation day) and 1 day after ovulation has maximum chances for getting pregnant. And you have not mentioned about your partners fertility tests. I think you know infertility can be caused be used to problems in males too.
